Great school holiday fun

SCROLL DOWN

Great school holiday fun

A week your child will always remember

Our action packed CRU Day Camps will ensure your son or daughter makes the most of the opportunity to make new friends and build self-confidence during their school holidays! They'll enjoy the experience of camp, with the chance to participate in exciting outdoor activities and explore a Christian worldview, whilst still going home to sleep in the comfort of their own bed.

1 Leader per 5 campers

Energetic young adult Christian leaders care for and mentor your children throughout camp and are supported by high school Assistant Leaders who can get alongside your child to help them make the most of every opportunity. Each CRU Day Camp also has a number of experienced staff on camp to ensure the program is of high quality.

Great program for all kids

All CRU Day Camps feature full-day programs so you can drop your kids off on your way to work and pick them up on the way home, all the while knowing that they've been looked after and have had a great day. Our programs are all inclusive for children at primary school and activities are differentiated for infants (years K-2) and primary (years 3-6) campers.

Affordable, safe care

We believe that every child should have the same experience as part of one community on camp. You don't need to pay extra for any aspect of the program all activities and incursions are included in the cost of camp.

Fantastic Activities

High energy activities and an excursion for every age

Every CRU Day Camp includes high quality activities that your child will rave about for weeks to come. Below are just some of the excellent activities that your child could take part in on a CRU Day Camp. See each camp page for details of specific activities.

Carnival

At our carnival campers will be able to get their face painted, win a balloon animal and have a go on our jumping castle. They'll also have a go at ring toss, egg and spoon races and much more, all while having a ton of fun with new friends!

Laser Tag

Campers in years 3-6 will get the opportunity to put their stealth to the test using our Laser Tag equipment. In teams, campers will work together and develop tactics to tag the opposition. Last person standing, wins. A favourite activity for our upper-primary campers.

Nerf Tag

Campers in K-2 will test their skills in accuracy, agility, and athleticism in various Nerf tag challenges, before putting these skills to use in a number of Nerf objectives such as capture the flag.

Testimonials

Vanessa - Parent

Thank you for a wonderful CRU Day Camp experience this week. My 10 year old Isabelle absolutely loved it & couldn't wait to go everyday. Please pass on my thanks to all involved. She can't wait to go again next time. What a great ministry & blessing. Well done!

Paul - School Principal

The primary children greatly enjoyed the week, their parents gave very positive feedback, the three way partnership between CRU, our local church volunteers and our school staff/student leaders was fantastic.

Samuel - Year 5 Camper

The leaders are nice, I've had lots of time with my friends and I don't think camp could be better!

Louise - Leader

I thought the camp was wonderful. The children seemed to absolutely love it and the vibe around the school and church after the camp has been extremely positive.  Looking forward to running another one.

Toby - Year 3 Camper

It was very exciting and there was a nice new activity every day. I loved it.
